Hehe pump Industry co.,ltd is strategically situated in the heart of Shengli Oilfield, Kenli District, Dongying city, Shandong Province. Started in 2016 , the Company has focused on petroleum equipment manufacturing, and to date, has evolved into a modern fabrication facility of 150 employee, workshop 200,000 m2.The products lines cover electric submersible pumps (ESP and ESPCP) and motors, ESP power cables,ESP VSD and transformer,TEC cable ,logging cable, magnet wires etc. sales and service offices have been set up at home and abroad in Xinjang, shengli oilfield and Tianjin, in South American countries and Kazakhstan. Guangxing (Canada) Sales & Service Co. was established in Canada to serve North American customers better. The Company’s products are well served in South and North American region, the Middle East countries, Central Asian region .
Of the ESP products, the Company manufactures the series of 338,387/400,513/540,562；capacity from 30 to 1600 m3/d;max head to 4,000 m. the annual production output is 2,000 ESP units with motors.4000km of ESP cable,2000km of Logging cable.For ESP cables, the Company manufactures 8 series and dozens of different types. Both the ESP and cables have been used in many oilfields over the world and it turned out to be high quality products.
Based on their rich onsite operation experiences, the Company’s service team could be able to, according to specific well conditions,optimize the ESP and ESPCP production system design, make choice of pumps, motors, cables and control panel etc., and provide installation,commissioning and maintenance services。
In accordance with international standards, the Company has established and implemented a set of complete quality guarantee system,strictly enforcing national standards and or equivalent international standards throughout the entire production process. The Company has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environment management system, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system and got API system certified.
To ensure products quality, advanced process equipment have been imported and stalled, such as fully automatic ultrasonic hydrocarbon cleaning machine, 100 T horizontal press, Vacuum pressure leaching paint machine, Dynamic balance detector, vacuum oil filtration machine.
High quality products consist of quality parts. Purchase and logistic department works rigorously by the “ Part Inspection Operation Instruction”. Vendors are reviewed annually by supply division, inspection division and technical quality division. The key part suppliers should be ISO9000 certified. The inspection department quality engineers and specialists use special inspection gauges and measuring implements to eliminate some human factors and control quality, while improve work efficiency.
The Company has horizontal test bench to test single section pump while the complete pump units could be tested by using 4 test wells. The downhole vibration test system measures the complete ESP unit’s vibration. By using Hi-tem well simulating the environment of 180℃～220℃ and 25MPa pressure, ESP unit’s temperature resistance and pressure resistance and type test can be done. Using the protector dynamic load test and upload test, protector’s mechanical sealing performance and High load thrust bearing are tested. Cleaning the pumps that pass the test with diesel to ensure the pump won’t be frozen or rusty.
The cable production process and technology is internationally advanced, lower pollution and energy consumption. Rubber extruding equipment is made in Germany. Vulcanization is done by bath salts sulfide, no steam curing method, namely to reduce energy consumption,and reducing environmental pollution; The main armored cable production equipment is also imported, very low level noise; recycled cooling water reduces energy waste and environmental pollution. The whole production line has reac hed the international advanced level.
