The winch and turntable of the drilling rig adopt an independent drive mode. The winch is driven by a 600kW AC variable frequency motor, and the turntable is driven by a 300kW AC variable frequency motor. Two F-500 mud pumps are respectively driven by two YJ23A 500kW AC variable frequency motors. The speed of the motor for driving the winch is changed by a set of two-gear transmission, and the motor drives the winch through a chain box to realize two-positive & two-reverse gears of the winch. The turntable is directly connected with the motor through a transmission shaft.
Features:
1. The drilling rig adopts a module structure, and modules are connected through a pin shaft and can be quickly detached and transported. A front opening K derrick has a suit two-section telescopic structure. A base has a high-low position telescopic structure, is installed at a low position and is integrally picked up and put down through the power of the drilling rig.
2. The drilling rig is driven and controlled in an AC variable frequency mode, a special driller console is manufactured, both gas pipes and oil pipes adopt quick-detach joints, and obvious installation marks are made.
