Three diesel engine coupler sets are subjected to parallel operation by a parallel operation transmission case and then respectively drive a winch and mud pumps, and a backup interface (an automatic pressure fan and an energy-saving generator) is reserved. The main brake of the winch is a hydraulic disc brake, and the auxiliary brake is an electromagnetic brake. A turntable is independently driven by an AC variable frequency speed regulation motor and driven to carry out drilling operation through a two-gear transmission and a universal shaft.
1. A base adopts a module structure, and modules are connected through a pin shaft and can be quickly detached and transported.
2. A front opening K derrick has a five-section tower integral structure and can be installed and integrally transported together with a crown block. Supporting feet are positioned on a lower pedestal of the base, have good stability and are integrally picked up and put down through the power of the winch.
3. The drilling rig is equipped with a variable frequency (VFD) and MCC system, variable frequency (VFD) is used for controlling a turntable AC variable frequency motor and an automatic bit feed motor, and MCC is used for controlling other electric equipment of the drilling rig.
