Two CAT3512B+SR4B 1,900kVA diesel generator sets are used as main power, the generated 600V/50Hz AC is converted into 0-600V AC, two 600kW AC motors drive a winch, and another 600kW AC motor drive a turntable. The main brake of the winch is a bilateral hydraulic disc brake, and the auxiliary brake is a vortex electromagnetic brake. Two SL3NB 1,300A drilling rig pumps are respectively driven by G12V190PZL diesel engine in a parallel operation mode.
1.The drilling rig adopts a rotary lifting structure of integrally lifting a base and a derrick. The base, the derrick and all table top equipment are installed at low positions, and the derrick and the base are lifted in place at one time through the power of the winch. The drilling rig is convenient to detach and install, and features quick and integral transportation and installation and so on.
2.The drilling rig is driven and controlled in an AC variable frequency mode, a special driller console is manufactured, both gas pipes and oil pipes adopt quick-detach joints, and obvious installation marks are made.
